Mausoleum of Soltan Veis or Soltan Qeis is located on northern heights of Qazvin. Hamdollah Mostoufi knows the shrine for Oveis Qarani, a follower of Amir Al-mo'menin. The shrine has two parts, mausoleum and it's building. It is octangular and was built of stone and a concrete of sand and lime.
